LumaJewel Return & Exchange Policy

At LumaJewel, every piece is crafted with care to bring joy to your special moments. Because of the nature of jewelry, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure the safety, hygiene, and quality of our products.

All Sales Final

  • Please note that all sales are final.

  • Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Exceptions – Eligible Returns

A return may be accepted only if the item is:

  • Unopened, unworn, and unused

  • In its original packaging (box, pouch, message card, etc.)

  • Reported to us within 7 days of delivery if damaged or incorrect

Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings (hygiene reasons)

  • Personalized/custom pieces (including engraved or name jewelry)

  • Final sale/clearance items

  • Any item that has been opened, worn, or handled

Refund Process (if approved)

  • If your return is approved (for damage or defect only), we will process a refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days after the item is received and inspected.

  1. Contact us at welw48@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide next steps.

  3. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
